This organic Tatsis red wine is made from the Northern Greek blue grape Limnio from the bothers' biodynamic vineyards in Goumenissa of Macedonia.

It is a ruby-coloured and fruit-driven red wine with a charming prickly sensation when just opened. The nose is characterized by lavender and rose, cranberry and raspberry as well as cinnamon and pepper. The wine has elegant tannins and a crystal-crisp acidity. Tastes of rose, red fruits, herbs and spice linger in the long aftertaste.

A red wine you can open and enjoy by itself but also a wine that works well with spicy dishes, fish or light meats, and even meatballs - as well as anything with tomatoes.
