Afianes Wines are masters of the rare local grape varietals, Begleri and Fokiano. Their wines are handmade from grapes picked in their old fields in the mountains of the island of Ikaria in Greece where they have rediscovered and taken the winemaking methods of antiquity into use again. All Afianes Wines are certified organic and natural, with a production of around 5000 bottles per year.
