New experimental Chardonnay from the Tatsis brothers - like no Chardonnay, you have tasted before.

High in minerals, with medium body and acidity, this unconventional orange has notes of orange peel, lime, grape and peach.

Made on 100% Chardonnay grown at an altitude of 250-350 metres. The grapes are subject to cold extraction for 24 hours at low temperatures followed by controlled slow fermentation before ageing in oak barrels for 12 months and then 6-12 months of ageing in the bottle before release.
