This wine is made from 100% Vostilidi and comes to us from the certified Organic and Biodynamic producer Evriviadis Sclavos, who is the driving force behind the Sclavos winery and one of the pioneers of natural wine production in Greece.

The grapes are grown in the area of ​​Paliki in autonomous biodynamic vineyards aged 75 years. The vinification is done with skin contact for the entire duration of the fermentation, done in concrete tanks, and is then aged for about a year. Bottling without filtration follows.

This orange wine has a feeling of fruit and freshness, as well as an imposing acidity and a tannic exuberance creating a robust wine with a great aftertaste.
