The Rosé pet-nat Limniona from the A-Grafo series by Kontozisis Organic Vineyards is a crisp, bubbly beauty.

Grown entirely organically, with no irrigation or fertilizers, the grapes get their crisp minerality from the mainland terroir. The single vineyard that produces the Limniona grapes, is located at an altitude of 200 meters in the warm and humid Mediterranean climate, and its outline can be seen on the label.

The grapes are harvested by hand and the whole bunches are subject to spontaneous fermentation on steel tanks for 35 hours and 15 days on Inox tanks without temperature control. The wine is matured on the bottle, completed by manual disgorgement. 

A-Grafo Limniona pet nat is a clean, fruit-driven sparkling rosé, with distinct strawberry notes, kept beautifully in check by the well-balanced acidity. The Kontozisis team have succeeded in making a crisp and well-structured Limniona, that keeps true to the crisp acidity and red fruits, which is the signature of the varietal.
