Joya means ‘darling’ in the Kefalonian dialect. Made from local Muscat grapes, this
wine is as soft as evening light, naturally sweet, and free from anything artificial —
just like the pure, joyful laughter of our beloved granddaughter, Joya. Sun-dried
Muscat is oak-aged for two years to produce a modern dessert wine that is equally
delicious with chocolate, cheese, or as an aperitif. Joy in a glass — a rare pleasure
in a very limited edition of around 500 bottles.

The wine got the best take-off in Denmark this Summer (2023). It only just landed in late May, and headed straight to Restaurant Geranium for a special pairing.
